Shown here are my three birdhouse projects.
For the representational project I was tasked with researching and designing to the specifications of a Mountain Chickadee birdhouse.
The abstract birdhouse was created by manipulating the files used in the representational project, and
The Non-Representational birdhouse was designed using the base design elements found in the representational project.
The Four dragons
For my 3D Design Fundamentals final project I worked as a Team Designer with my group to create this narrative relief sculpture of the Chinese folk tale, “The Four Dragons”.
My tangible contributions were in the construction of the sculpture’s base and post, backgrounds for scenes (from the top down): 1, 3, 5, and 6, as well as water spewing out of the dragons’ mouths in scene 4, and the water and rivers in scenes 5 and 6. My intangible contributions were helping conceptualize the sculpture’s flow and organization.
Our relief sculpture was put on display from April 5th - April 16th, 2022 at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts as part of UCF Celebrates the Arts.
